Who are we?

We are Chrissy of Jeffries General Store, Gina of Love & Light Napa, and Jodi of Libra Vitae Yoga & Bodywork—local business owners who are fortunate to call Napa, California, our home.

Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality, heartfelt goods and services to our community and visitors from around the world. We pour our hearts into everything we do. This shared passion for our work is what brought us together as friends and sparked the creation of “the hive.”

It all started with conversations about our frustrations, fears, and concerns regarding the political climate. We’re angry, and we’re scared. We’re witnessing the erosion of democracy, the dismantling of systems that protect our basic rights, and the blatant disregard for our Constitution. We’re afraid for our livelihoods, our community, our families, and ourselves.

 

And truthfully, we often feel like we can’t do anything about it... What can one person really do? What difference can I make?
 

Here’s the thing: Together, we can do something. We may feel small as individuals, but when we unite, we have the power to make change. We can provide information, support, and a platform for our community to come together. We can organize, inform, protest, and, most importantly, support one another.

We want to create a space where you can find information about local, state, and national events, share in our thoughts and insights, and discover tools to navigate the stress and anxiety of these uncertain times.
